Why Women Entrepreneurs and Their Wellness Matter

When I began this blog it was with the intention of providing useful information on all things health and wellness related. My target audience was undefined.  However, as the name of the site signifies, life is always evolving and with it, so does the blog.

Know Your People

My audience is the ever-increasing and dynamic group of Women Entrepreneurs.

It became clear to me as I made connections in my community that there are many women running impressive businesses right here in my city and doing it with very little support.

My burning desire became to work with them and support them in the ways I know best.

Here’s Why

Women entrepreneurs continue to make significant strides in the business world and contribute substantially to our economy. In 2018 it was reported that women own somewhere in the vicinity of 8 million small businesses and contribute roughly that same number in jobs.

We are a mighty force and are growing more so every day.

For all the write-ups I’ve read about the challenges facing women entrepreneurs, I didn’t see a connection being made between  juggling all the hats that must be worn – being your own accountant, marketing exec, PR person, and CEO, not to mention the roles of mother, wife, or partner – and taking care of yourself. Once your business has grown, you can delegate many of these duties, which is great on the one hand but a larger business can bring with it more stress, as well, and even less time to look after your wellbeing.

How I Support Women Entrepreneurs

That’s why I have become the go-to woman entrepreneur that other women entrepreneurs seek out, not just for their copywriting needs, but also for their health and wellness needs. Because I provide support on multiple fronts, one of which is how to maintain wellness so that you can continue to run your business.

For this reason, I’ve narrowed the scope of this blog to help women entrepreneurs take care of yourselves so that you can take care of the things that matter most.

My commitment to you is to provide content that relates directly to your health and wellbeing and covers all things mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to be your best, feel your best, and live your best life.

A significant chunk of our economy and workforce depend on you operating at your best.

Your success and wellbeing is something we are all invested in.
